The main house has three bedrooms, as well as a guesthouse if you need more space. A new swimming pool has just been added on the ocean side of the villa so you can enjoy your afternoon while floating in the pool and looking at the ocean.

The entire upstairs of the villa is a huge master suite with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. One large, Ocean-view, master bedroom with king-sized bed and air conditioning. Full master bath with double vanities and bidet. Large living room with ocean view. Full, complete kitchen with garden view. Separate dining area with ocean view. Living room and dining room have one split-system air conditioning unit. Balcony off ocean side of living room with hammock hooks and a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. The downstairs is also self contained with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room/living room. Two beach-front bedrooms (one with one Queen-sized bed, one twin bed, plus hammock hooks, and air conditioning, the other bedroom with queen-sized bed and hammock hooks, and air conditioning). Each bedroom with separate, full bath. Common living-room/dining-room between the two bedrooms with ceiling fan. A full kitchen located between the two bedrooms. Direct beach access from the sea-side patio off the living room. Stairway access to third floor sun deck with hammock hooks and additional, covered dining area.

The guesthouse ALSO has it's own bedroom, living room/dining room and kitchen along with a small extra bedroom/bath if needed. Two separate bedrooms; One large bedroom with king-sized bed and air conditioning, kitchen with most common dishes and appliances, full attached bath. Separate smaller bedroom with twin bed, ceiling fan and bathroom.
